At the time, I do not except returns or exchanges. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, I will gladly send a replacement if you reach out to me!
I ordered something awhile ago and I still haven't received it!
Check to make sure your order does not contain a pre-order. Orders that contain a pre-ordered item are not shipped out until it is in stock. If your order does not contain a pre-order and you still have note received it, please email me!
What does Standard Grade/B Grade/C Grade mean?
As with most things that are handmade, not every pin is perfect! The pin grading system allows you to pick pins that are "nearly" perfect, or pins with defects for a cheaper price. Below is the criteria for each grade:
Standard: These have extremely minor (not noticeable) to no flaws. They are the best in the batch!
B Grade: Expect minor flaws including a speck of dust, small air bubble, minor scratch. Not noticeable unless closely inspected
C Grade: Expect noticeable flaws including wrong enamel colors, small dents. missing enamel, and more noticeable scratches
